The Senior Manager, Brand Strategy & Engagement will support the development and activation of the company's brand positioning, business unit messaging, and integrated marketing narratives across campaigns, digital experiences, events, and audience engagement initiatives.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role partners closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Experience, Events, and Executive Leadership to help translate brand strategy into cohesive, audience-centered marketing experiences.
This role is ideal for a strategic and collaborative marketer who excels at connecting messaging, storytelling, and integrated campaign activation across channels and teams.
Job Description
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and refine enterprise and business unit positioning

  • Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and audience narratives aligned to business priorities

  • Ensure consistency and alignment across brand messaging and customer-facing communications

  • Translate complex business concepts into clear, compelling, audience-centered messaging

  • Synthesize existing qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable audience personas and segmentation frameworks

  • Translate customer, market, and sales insights into implications for messaging and marketing narratives

  • Build persona frameworks to support marketing strategy, messaging, and integrated activation

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Analytics to incorporate existing research, customer feedback, and performance insights

Campaign & Engagement Strategy

  • Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to support integrated campaign development and messaging alignment

  • Help shape campaign narratives and audience engagement approaches across channels

  • Ensure messaging consistency across digital experiences, events, sales enablement, and thought leadership initiatives

  • Contribute to strategic storytelling across integrated marketing efforts

Event & Activation Alignment

  • Collaborate with Event Marketing to align event experiences and activations with campaign messaging and brand priorities

  • Support thematic development and messaging consistency for conferences, executive engagements, and customer events

  • Help ensure consistent audience experiences across physical and digital engagement channels

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a connector across Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, Digital, and Sales teams

  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed

  • Support development of scalable messaging frameworks, campaign processes, and brand standards

  • Contribute to an integrated and audience-focused marketing approach
