Experienced Ticket Sellers - Texas City Dike

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ticket Sellers at the Texas City Dike. This unique role involves providing exceptional service to visitors, handling ticket sales, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

Ticket Sales and Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist visitors to the Texas City Dike, handling entry ticket sales.
  • Answer telephone calls, providing detailed information about the Texas City Dike to patrons.
  • Assist patrons with inquiries and process ticket orders efficiently

Financial Transactions:

  • Process both cash and credit card payments using ticket booth registers.
  • Ensure accurate balancing of registers and generate daily ticket sales reports as required.

Supervision and Training:

  • May lead, guide, and train staff, student employees, interns, and/or volunteers engaged in related activities.

Work Schedule:

  • This position is exclusively on weekends, covering Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Three shifts available: AM Shift (5:30am-1:30pm) and PM Shift (1:00pm-9:00pm) Rover Shift (1:00pm-7:00pm)
