Testing Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Educational Services Testing Support will manage the collection and distribution of all quizzes and tests for students enrolled in the Educational Services Program and those who qualify for a testing accommodation. This includes providing the appropriate testing accommodations for each student as documented by the student’s education plan. This is a full-time, school-year position and reports to the Principal.
Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Supports, promotes and models the mission, vision and core Ursuline values of St. Ursula Academy.
  • Works cooperatively with other personnel and departments to ensure a welcoming environment for students, parents, and visitors to the school.
  • Supports the current Long-Range Strategic Plan as indicated on the plan document.
  • Coordinates and facilitates the administration of assessments, including standardized tests, for ES students and those with an accommodation plan.
  • Maintains organizational system and accurate records for testing accommodations.
  • Collaborates and communicates with teachers about students’ needs.
  • Provides students with quiet work space and supports students with executive functioning skills, study skills, and time management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience in secondary education with students is strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and serve as a team member with other teachers in the department and the faculty-at-large.
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Software products, with the ability to become proficient in PowerSchool and Schoology.
  • Adaptable to last-minute changes in routine and schedules.
  • Able to develop a rapport with female high school students.
