We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test and Evaluation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that ensure the highest standards of performance and reliability for our products. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and test cases.
  • Support Developmental Test (DT) and/or Operational Test (OT).
  • Collect, document, and analyze test data and performance metrics.
  • Identify defects, issues, and performance gaps.
  • Support requirements traceability (requirements ? test ? results).
  • Prepare test reports and summaries.
  • Collaborate with engineering, program management, and government stakeholders.
  • Ensure testing aligns with contract requirements and standards.
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years related experience.
  • Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal programs.
  • Familiarity with test documentation (TEMP, test plans, procedures).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
