Job Title: Digital Test Manager

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Job Description:

Candidate with experience in Digital & Mobility platforms like Hybris, Sitecore, Drupal,Liferay Any analytics tools & WCS applications are the preferred. Candidate need to have experience in deriving the test strategy for Service / Layer level testing for ex: Webservices, TIBCO and experience in Automation - preferred Selenium. He would be responsible for development and growth of Digital Testing primarily focusing on Digital Portal solutions. Candidate will be responsible to manage the financial targets and manage the investments of the TCoE.

Responsibilities:

Define strategies and implement it to develop the Testing focusing on Portal and Digital offerings and solutions,

Responsible for identifying the Testing offerings and define go to market strategy to create new business opportunities,

Independently work with Program stakeholders and external focal points to identify and remove barriers - escalating as necessary,

Should have experience in working with vendors, partners and represented organization in the external forums,

Must have work experience in at least 6 large scale Digital & Mobility Commerce or Portal implementations and extensive Test Management and Test Architect experience,

Must be experienced in Any one Frame work Automation tools (Selenium & Appium tool) and Performance Testing Tools (Load runner & Jmeter etc.),

Experience in deriving test strategy for service level testing - Web services, TIBCO, DW & implementing automation for these services in the project,

Provide QA project management and consulting services required to support the Roles and Responsibilities defined above,

Deliverable - Define the testing milestone and meet SLA project,

Deliverable - own the E2E delivery and testing process setup, Estimation, Test strategy

Exposure to Agile delivery

Deliverable - Publish the dashboard report & weekly report,

Must have hands on experience in strategize, plan, implement quality assurance initiatives and independent testing projects execution are essential, Should have experience and deep understanding of Functional Testing, Testing Methodologies, Automation, Security and Performance Testing. Solid Technical and Test Management experience is required,

Evangelize the usage of QA frameworks, tools and artifacts, create knowledge /certification artifacts and evaluation criteria guide or provide technical training in relevant technology areas in order to develop talent in technology /domain.

Development skills:

Must possess excellent client facing skills. Candidates with prior consulting experience has an advantage,

Must have excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills,

Should have experience in running organization wide initiatives,

Should have experience in working with distributed teams,

Previous experience in managing people is must for this role,

Must be flexible and willing to travel based on the business requirement.
