Drive innovation and continuous improvement within Test Engineering-LFF (Large Factor Form) by harnessing new technologies in the areas of systems, equipment, and processes. Provide exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCommunicate criteria to recruiters for Test Engineer and Test Management position candidates.Monitor team member turnover; identify key factors that can be improved; make improvements.Create and manage succession plans for Test Engineering and Test Management functions.Establish clear measurable goals and objectives by which to determine individual and team results (i.e. operational metrics, results against project timelines, training documentation, attendance records, knowledge of operational roles and responsibilities, personal development goals).Solicit ongoing feedback cross-functionally to peers and team members.
