Sr. Engineering Manager

Privately-owned medical device manufacturer in east TN has immediate opening for a Sr. Engineering Manager who can lead a team of EE's and ME's in the development of high-tech electromechanical systems. The Sr. Engineering Manager will support the development, testing, safety compliance, and production of electromechanical systems for medical applications.

Qualified candidates MUST have BSEE / MSEE degrees along with 10+ years Engineering leadership experience in medical device industry. Designs are for complex, cutting-edge medical devices involving high-power RF amplifiers, high-voltage and high-current power supplies.

This is a highly collaborative environment. Will be a great place for creative Engineering Managers who enjoy product design / development with very little "red tape" or "bureaucracy". It is also important that the Sr. Engineering Manager continue developing and mentoring Engineering talent.

This company has a strong reputation in the industry and a history of growth. Looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager who can function well in a small team, high-impact environment. This is primarily a "high-view" role but could occasionally require deeper dives into a project.
