Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Director of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering

function. This role will own product design & development, engineering strategy, and

performance optimization, driving innovation while building a strong, results-focused team.

This is a leadership role with real authority to influence direction, improve operations, and

deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams

Oversee product design and development from concept through production

Drive engineering strategy and innovation aligned with company goals

Optimize systems, processes, and team performance to improve efficiency and output

Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to ensure execution

Establish KPIs and track performance across engineering initiatives

Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and processes

Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines

Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership

Background in manufacturing, product development, or industrial engineering

Proven track record of driving performance and leading teams

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement is a plus

Strong business acumen and ability to align engineering with company goals

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
