About the Role:

The Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing engineering projects within the Public Administration sector, ensuring that all initiatives align with organizational goals and regulatory standards. This position requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation to drive project success. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for optimizing engineering processes, enhancing product development, and ensuring efficient manufacturing practices. Additionally, this role involves close coordination with various departments to ensure that engineering solutions are sustainable and energy efficient. Ultimately, the Engineering Manager will contribute to the advancement of public infrastructure and services through effective engineering management and oversight.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in engineering management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and practices.

The Nation created Global to serve as a holding company for a diverse group of businesses from professional staffing to defense manufacture and supply.
