The Hardware Engineering Manager will balance technical leadership with team development, ensuring engineering excellence while fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

Hardware Engineering Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hardware engineers, setting technical direction and performance expectations.
  • Oversee execution of embedded hardware development programs, ensuring projects meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and leadership teams to drive integrated product delivery.
  • Manage resource planning, workload balancing, and technical problem resolution across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Hardware Engineering Manager Qualifications
