Cloud Test Engineer to join our mission‑driven Cyber Missions team in Annapolis Junction, MD. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of cutting‑edge cloud solutions that support high‑impact missions.

As a Cloud Test Engineer, you will lead testing efforts across task‑order initiatives, working hands‑on with applications transitioning to—or already operating within—the AWS cloud environment. You’ll collaborate with solution providers and technical teams to validate functionality, performance, and integration readiness for production.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Capabilities
  • Lead and execute testing efforts for cloud-based applications and infrastructure

Required Qualifications
  • TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
  • 5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer on similar programs or contracts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related field (or 4 additional years of TE experience in lieu of degree)
Required Technical Skills
  • Experience developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and automated tests
  • Proficient in manual testing and analyzing/interpreting test results
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve automation issues
  • Skilled in creating bug tickets and collaborating with cross‑disciplinary teams
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
Desired Technical Skills
  • Experience with test automation tools or willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with software integration and writing automated tests
  • Knowledge of web technologies and databases or willingness to learn
  • Experience designing and executing automated testing systemsAbility to replicate errors and analyze test data for system performance and efficiency

Pay Range: $48.37 - $103.31 per hour*

Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect the pre‑benefit gross wage amounts.
