Estimated hourly base pay:
  • $22.55 after a 10% shift premium
  • Hours: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Training Hours: 7:30 AM- 3:30 PM (1st Week Only)

  • This role involves assembling and testing products according to documented procedures, ensuring quality through inspections, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Safety and adherence to protocols are prioritized. Key qualities sought include technical proficiency, critical thinking, mechanical aptitude, effective team communication, time management, lean practices, attention to detail, and collaboration. Candidates should follow standardized work, participate in continuous improvement, and use basic computer tools to support tasks efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Assemble Product: Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently assemble product components using specified tools and equipment.

  • Quality: Conducts inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products and records and maintains data per operating standards.
  • Organization & Cleanliness: Adheres to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean, organized, and free of unnecessary items. Follows established guidelines to ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Safety Mindset: Adheres to all established safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintains mindfulness of self and surrounding work area to promote a safe working environment.

Successful candidates typically have:
