Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily terminal operations, including yard management, rail operations, and equipment flow
- Ensure safe and efficient execution of loading, unloading, and movement of freight
- Lead and develop terminal staff, including scheduling, performance management, and policy enforcement
- Drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, service levels, and cost
