General description summary

The Tollers Maintenance / Operations Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, operational performance, coordination, and compliance of all Perimeter Solutions tolling and terminal operations, including Buckeye, AZ; Moreland, ID; Odessa, TX; and Pasco, WA.

This position serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all toller-related matters and is accountable for ensuring operational readiness, maintenance execution, production support, contractor coordination, inventory management support, and continuous improvement activities across all assigned tollers and terminals.

The role provides direct oversight and coordination of toller operations while maintaining ownership of Fiix CMMS, preventive maintenance programs, asset management activities, and operational performance.

Note: Responsibilities may expand to support additional toller and terminal locations.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (not in any priority):

Serve as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all toller and terminal-related operational matters.

Provide direct supervision, leadership, and coordination of all assigned toller operations.

Maintain full accountability for maintenance activities across all tollers and terminals.

Own and administer the Fiix CMMS system, ensuring all maintenance activities, work orders, PM schedules, asset records, and documentation remain current and accurate.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Coordinate production, maintenance, inventory, logistics, and operational activities with toller partners.

Monitor toller performance, operational KPIs, maintenance compliance, and corrective action plans.

Conduct routine site audits, operational reviews, and maintenance assessments.

Coordinate equipment repairs, upgrades, capital projects, and contractor activities.

Ensure compliance with all EH&S, regulatory, quality, and company requirements.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum 10 years of industrial manufacturing, operations, maintenance, or supply chain leadership experience.

Extensive maintenance knowledge and mechanical expertise, including equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, reliability improvement, and operational support.

Experience with CMMS platforms; Fiix preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Valid Driver’s License required.

Scheduling & Availability Requirements:

Availability of working overtime is required.

Availability for on-call responsibilities and emergency maintenance response.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

The position requires approximately 45% travel. The ideal candidate will live within reasonable proximity to Moreland, Idaho.


Work Environment & Physical Demands

Work performed in manufacturing plants, warehouses, terminals, and outdoor industrial environments.

Exposure to machinery, noise, dust, chemicals, and varying weather conditions.

Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and manual material handling.

Required use of appropriate PPE.
