Description:

The Transload Terminal Manager is responsible for the full scope of day-to-day operations at the bulk transload terminal. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. Core responsibilities include administrative reporting, personnel leadership, product quality assurance, environmental compliance, and accurate documentation management. In addition to overseeing daily operations, the Transload Terminal Manager supports the planning and execution of capital improvement and expansion projects. The role ensures terminal reliability through effective troubleshooting, coordination of repairs, and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements:

Must be available 24/7 and able to work full days and periodic alternate shifts. Requires ability to periodically work long hours, multiple shifts, nights and weekends included.


? Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and able to bend, stoop and kneel as needed.

? Able to enter confined spaces and wear proper PPE when required.

? Able to climb railcars and tanks.

? Requires working in office conditions, performing some clerical work, working periodically outside in a manufacturing plant

environment, with and around operational process equipment in temperature extremes for extended periods of time.

? Able to work around asphalt and other related chemicals on an ongoing basis.

? Able to lift 50-75lbs. repetitively as needed.

? Ability to work outside in inclement weather conditions.

? Must be able to work over nights and weekends. Some holidays may be required.

? Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.

? Minimum 5 yearsโ€™ prior experience with terminal, rail, or transloading operations and product receipts by rail and truck or

alternately within a chemical processing environment.

? A valid driver's license is required.

? Ability to attend and pass all training associated with job requirements .This includes but is not limited to: OSHA, HazMat,

HAZWOPER and FRA related courses.

? Must be able to proficiently communicate site information.

? Must speak English fluently.

? Must be a U.S. citizen.
