As our Project Manager, you will oversee multiple landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. You will lead and support Crew Leads and field teams, coordinate with clients, manage resources, and play a key role in shaping the future growth of our company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all aspects of landscaping projects from start to finish.
  • Lead and mentor Crew Leads and field teams, providing hands-on support and guidance.
  • Monitor and maintain project budgets, tracking labor, materials, and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise on-site operations, ensuring work meets company standards, client expectations, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate material procurement and logistics, ensuring all supplies arrive on schedule.
  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site issues quickly, preventing project delays.
  • Track project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to senior management.
  • Collaborate with office staff on scheduling, invoicing, and job documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, helping streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure all work is documented properly, including time tracking, project reports, and job site notes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management within landscaping or construction. (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and costs effectively.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (LMN experience is a plus).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel between job sites.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or landscape construction is a plus.
  • Experience with estimating and bidding processes preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
