San Diego Property Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of medium size apartment complexes totaling over 900 residential and/or commercial units. This role requires managing tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, rent collection, vendor coordination, and marketing efforts to ensure efficient property operations and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tenant relations and resolve conflicts promptly
  • Administer leases and ensure compliance with terms
  • Oversee budget management and financial reporting
  • Coordinate rent collection and vendor services
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for property leasing
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors
