Key Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relationships, service requests, vendors, bids, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Support leasing readiness and smaller tenant improvement or capital projects
• Review leases, invoices, operating expenses, vendor proposals, and property budgets
• Maintain property records and support annual budgeting, CAM reconciliation, and accounting-close processes

Required Experience
• 4+ years of commercial property management or closely related commercial real estate operations experience
• Direct commercial property management experience is required; residential-only experience will not align with this role
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong tenant communication, vendor management, organization, judgment, and follow-through
• Experience reviewing invoices, operating expenses, budgets, leases, and vendor proposals
• Working knowledge of CAM reconciliations, GL activity, and accounting-close support; direct preparation of CAM or GL reconciliations is not required
• Yardi preferred; MRI, AppFolio, or comparable property management software considered
• Strong Excel skills required; PivotTables and VLOOKUPs preferred
• California Real Estate License is a plus

Why Consider This Opportunity
• Build a long-term career with an established commercial real estate owner-operator
• Gain increasing autonomy and portfolio responsibility
• Work directly with senior leadership
• Broaden your experience across property operations, budgeting, tenant relations, vendors, leasing readiness, and capital projects
• Join a close-knit, experienced team that values stability, accountability, and thoughtful growth

The interview process includes an initial virtual interview followed by an in-person team interview.
