The property manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations, and financial reporting.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2-3 years of residential property management experience.
• Active real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Experience managing maintenance requests, tenant relations, and owner communications.
• Proficiency with property management software (Buildium, AppFolio, Rentvine, Propertyware, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
