This role involves managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding, working primarily as an individual contributor or within a small team of 2-5 members. The specialist will occasionally travel to recruitment events or for client meetings, leveraging various applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools to attract top talent effectively.

Responsibilities
