Operations Supervisor - Cleveland, OH
$18-$20/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Looking to make a real impact in a growing company? We're a small, fast growing operation in the food industry seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor who's ready to lead, innovate, and grow with us.
What You'll Do:
As our Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of our product and keep daily operations running smoothly. Your leadership will shape efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, improve, and execute daily operations across the plant
  • Oversee production and quality control, including planning for maintenance
  • Manage costs by monitoring equipment efficiency, waste, direct labor, and materials
  • Review performance metrics and recommend process improvements regularly
  • Manage budgets to align with company goals
  • Ensure full compliance with sanitation, food safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct food safety audits and partner with ODA/USDA for third-party certifications
  • Lead and supervise staff involved in production, QC, cost control, and labor planning
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top talent
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new products, processes, or services
  • Drive operational excellence to support strong internal and external customer satisfaction

Job Requirements
