In This Role You Will:

  • Welcome prospective residents, families, and guests while helping create a positive and personalized experience from their first interaction with our community.
  • Support the sales process by coordinating inquiries, scheduling appointments and tours, and assisting with timely follow-up communication.
  • Maintain accurate prospect information and activity within the CRM system to support occupancy goals and reporting.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and hosting marketing events, community outreach opportunities, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, correspondence, and other sales-related communications.
  • Coordinate move-in activities and collaborate with internal departments to help ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and community organizations.
  • Monitor marketing inventory and assist with ordering promotional materials and supplies.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including social media, website updates, and other marketing initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Sales & Marketing team while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Shift & Schedule Details:

  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm with weekends and week nights as needed
  • THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE

Who You Are:

  • You have an associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You have experience in customer service, sales, marketing, hospitality, senior living, or a related industry.
  • You are an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships and creating meaningful connections.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and are willing to learn CRM and marketing software.
  • You are creative, adaptable, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.
  • You provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, warmth, and empathy.
