GENESIS PATIENT CARE ADVOCATE JOB DESCRIPTION

Genesis Lifestyle Medicine Sales Representatives are called Patient Care Advisors (PCAs). They lead our daily sales efforts and are essential to our mission of providing the best possible medical outcomes for our clients. Genesis Patient Care Advisors conduct consultations with our clients to discover their concerns, clarify and label their desired outcomes, and through a comprehensive knowledge base, sell them the Genesis services that will deliver the best possible outcomes. We are looking for top performers who possess a track record of success and higher bonus/commission rates that they can attribute to being supremely confident, self-motivated, disciplined, and results driven by very high standards.

Genesis Patient Care Advisors do not engage in cold calling or telemarketing, but they, along with the rest of clinic staff, do regularly conduct outbound calls to existing and former clients to keep those relationships fresh as well as to previous potential clients who did not purchase from us in the past. Our successful Patient Care Advisors are able to expertly overcome objections to upsell, cross sell, and renew interest/reactivate previous clients by promoting our services with knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

PATIENT CARE ADVISOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments with warm leads; conduct initial consultations to understand clients’ concerns; clarify their problems and label their desired outcomes; describe relevant treatments and services confidently and with a comprehensive knowledge base; and sell the treatments or services that will deliver the best possible outcomes.
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential clients; expertly explain product and service capabilities with a high level of integrity; overcome objections; negotiate pricing on packages while optimizing margins.
  • Expand sales in previous and existing accounts by upselling, cross selling, and introducing new products and services.
  • Create client retention and account reactivations through consistent outreach (outbound calling) to existing, past, and potential clients to nurture relationships and introduce repeat or additional products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to effectively position our products in sales.
  • Recommend new products and services by evaluating current aesthetic treatment processes.
  • When needed, manage front desk duties such as checking patients in & out while demonstrating gratitude, ensuring a positive and warm experience, and maintaining a clean and professional clinic.
  • Adhere to all Genesis Lifestyle Medicine policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 1-year previous sales experience in a med spa, luxury retail, or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with Esthetic treatment sales.
  • Familiarity with various methods of client outreach and follow up.
  • Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education development (GED); or 5 years’ directly relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment is consistent with typical medical practice or clinic with public access, standard office furniture and equipment, office and medical supplies and equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision and Depth perception. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. - Starting at $24 per hour base pay commensurate with relevant experience
