Job description

Inbound Customer Service Representative (Contract) | Onsite Fort Myers, FL | Monday-Friday Shifts

These are NOT REMOTE positions; must be willing to commute to the call center building in Fort Myers, FL.

The ideal candidate will have some customer service experience, such as in a retail, restaurant, call center environment, etc.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 1st Shift

Pay: $18.73 per hour

We're seeking detail-oriented and organized representatives to join our team for a large healthcare provider in Lee County. The ideal candidate can multitask effectively, communicate with empathy, and actively listen to support customers.

Training Details:

  • Training provided; hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • 4-weeks of full-time, day shift training (paid at your full pay rate) before being placed on the call center floor to work independently

Job Description:

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Look up information and assist customers / patients with various inquiries while providing excellent customer service
  • This will be in a large team environment, and you will have your own office workspace in an office setting for a large healthcare provider
  • This is a temporary, contract position, handling inbound patient calls (no sales)

Job Requirements for Customer Service Rep:

  • Able to type 35+ words per minute
  • Able to multitask by answering inbound calls, looking up information, and assisting customers with inquiries
  • Some experience in customer service, such as retail, restaurant, call center, etc., preferred
