Hybrid - 4 days in-office, 1 day remote after training
Monday - Thursday11am - 8pm,Friday8:30-5:30pm
PAY: The expected hiring range for this position is from $20.39 to $23.99 plus additional bonus opportunity. The stated hiring range is based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Final compensation decisions will take into account a variety of considerations, including individual skills, internal equity, and organizational needs
JOB SUMMARY:
The Bilingual Call Center Agentis responsible forservicing non-delinquent, active status loans and providing a world-class customer experience through inbound and outbound phone calls and the VMF website. This role reports to the Call Center Team Lead and leverages mortgage knowledge with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Inbound Customer Service (Daily)
Assistscustomers in applying mortgage payments, answering questions relating to escrow, insurance claims, loan payoffs, titling, trouble shooting for customers with their online VMF account, etc.
Outbound Customer Service (Daily)
Administrative & Compliance Functions
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:0 - 1 year of related experience
Experience in a call center environmentpreferred, butnotrequired.
Knowledge of loan servicing within the mortgage industrypreferred, butnotrequired.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Will be constantlyoperatinga computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
