Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish Required) – Banking / Call Center
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Location: Jacksonville, FL 32256
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Are you bilingual in Spanish and English with customer service, banking, call center, or sales experience? We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support customers with banking solutions, credit products, account servicing, and financial needs in a fast-paced inbound contact center environment.

This is a strong opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service, inbound call centers, banking, retail, hospitality, financial services, collections, sales, or phone support who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and building relationships.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer service calls related to banking products, credit services, and account support
  • Assist customers with credit cards, lending products, checking and savings accounts, and financial solutions
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Respond to customer questions, concerns, and account-related inquiries while delivering excellent service
  • Build rapport, educate customers, and provide solutions using simple, customer-friendly language
  • Support cross-selling, upselling, and referral opportunities based on customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines and procedures
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while resolving issues and building long-term relationships


Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish required (speak, read, and write fluently)
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Comfortable receiving coaching, feedback, and ongoing training
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and changing processes
  • Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service, call center, banking, financial services, or sales experience
  • Experience in inbound or outbound contact centers (phone, chat, or video support)
  • Banking, personal banker, or financial services experience preferred
  • Experience with upselling, cross-selling, referrals, or telephone sales
  • Retail, hospitality, collections, or customer-facing experience strongly encouraged to apply


Training Schedule
Training Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Available Schedules After Training

  • Various 1st and 2nd shift schedules available
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
