Position Introduction:
If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. As a Pharmacy Call Center Representative II, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and pharmacy staff, delivering exceptional service while resolving questions related to Medicaid, commercial insurance, pharmacy services, and claims. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing accurate information, solving problems efficiently, and helping achieve first-call resolution in a collaborative and supportive team environment. This position will be instrumental in our management of the pharmacy call center for the state Medicaid population. This position would be responsible for answering calls from Medicaid members and providers with a goal of achieving one call resolution.

Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 24 months experience in an inbound call center, pharmacy, medical billing, third party pharmacy claims, or closely related experience in a medical or pharmacy environment.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will also accept an Associate's degree in a closely related environment in lieu of the experience.
