Description

We're seeking a Temporary Legal Paper Processor to join our Risk Management team. In this full-time temporary role, you'll play an important part in ensuring legal documents are processed accurately, confidentially, and in accordance with established procedures.


This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys structured work in a professional environment.


What You'll Do

  • Process and research legal documents, including subpoenas, restraints, levies, and execution notices
  • Review records and gather information related to legal requests
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding legal paper
  • Track legal paper activity using Microsoft Excel and internal reporting tools
  • Prepare routine reports and ensure all work is completed within required deadlines
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer and legal information
  • Provide administrative support to the VP, Security and Fraud Officer
  • Assist with legal paper processing during periods of increased volume or employee absences
  • Appear in court, when required, to provide factual testimony regarding processed records
