Position Overview
The Client Experience Specialist serves as a key point of contact for homeowners throughout the restoration process. This role supports the Call Center and Claims teams by coordinating communication between clients, insurance adjusters, vendors, and internal field crews while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients, adjusters, and vendors
