Title: Customer Service Representative

Company: Graco, Inc.

Duration: 6-month contract (possible extension or conversion)

Pay Rate: $20

Start date: ASAP

Work Location: Onsite at Dayton Distribution Center, 12225 W French Lake Rd

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Operating hours are 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST). Schedule can be any 9-hour shift (45-minute lunch) between these times.

Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a global manufacturing and industrial equipment client in Dayton, Minnesota. In this role, you will join the Customer Care organization for their contractor division of about 15 individuals, supporting business-to-business customers by providing timely, accurate service related to order management, pricing, product availability, and shipping.

On a day-to-day basis, this role will spend approximately 70% of their time handling 50-100 inbound phone calls per day and 30% responding to customer emails and system-based cases, primarily through CRM (Salesforce) and internal order management tools. Daily work includes answering pricing questions, checking inventory and shipment status, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional, business-to-business environment.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1+ year of high-volume call center experience (50+ inbound calls a day)
  • Experience using multiple systems & platforms at a time (ex: Salesforce, CRM tools, Inventory Management tools, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

  • Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Exposure to distribution centers, supply chain operations, or order fulfillment processes
