Call Center Representative

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is our dedicated window and door replacement business, bringing Marvin's legacy of quality directly to homeowners. Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installationโ€”making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.

Are you a people-oriented professional who thrives on connecting with customers, solving problems, and creating positive experiences? We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to support our Infinity Replacement business. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customersโ€”guiding them toward the right solutions and setting the stage for successful sales appointments.

Highlights of Your Role
  • Engage with potential customers via phone, text, email, and web chat to understand their needs
  • Educate prospects on our products and services, and assess if we're the right fit
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to advance conversations toward scheduled appointments
  • Use standardized scripts and vetting criteria to capture all key information
  • Review past customer interactions and proactively reschedule missed appointments
  • Accurately input customer details and project information into Salesforce
  • Refer leads we can't serve to our trusted business partners
  • Compensation: $20โ€“$23 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

  • Evening and weekend availability is required
  • Shifts include (but are not limited to):
    • 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
    • 10:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM
    • 12:00 PM โ€“ 9:00 PM
