Job Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, plus two years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, and database systems.
  • Knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) communication devices and MRP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and self-motivation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead employee training and development, including onboarding, training plans, documentation, and ongoing skills updates.
  • Train and develop employees by ensuring training programs align with company standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while serving as a proactive change agent.
