Job description

Our client is seeking a senior/executive administrative assistant to support a senior executive. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a company executive. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings, scheduling domestic and international travel, responding to emails on the executive's behalf while collaborating cross functionally. This is a contract/temp to hire position that will provide benefits while you are contracting. This role will pay 39.00-44.00 per hour while contracting and the permanent compensation is 90K-100K.


Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Planning domestic and international travel
  • Support the executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
