a- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNApreferred

a- Self-directing with the ability to workwith little direct supervision

a- Demonstrate effective oral and writtencommunication skills

a- Ensures confidentiality and security ofthe clientas medical information

Responsibilities of the Certified NursingAssistant (CNA)

a- Provide quality nursing care toresidents.

a- Implement specific procedures andprograms.

a- Coordinate work within the department, aswell as with other departments.

a- Report pertinent information to theimmediate supervisor.

a- Respond to inquiries or requests forinformation.
