We are seeking an experienced Epic Cheers Analyst to support patient engagement, outreach, and CRM initiatives through Epic Cheers Campaigns. This role partners with marketing, operations, clinical, and IT stakeholders to design, build, deploy, and optimize campaigns that enhance patient engagement and improve communication strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong Epic expertise, healthcare workflow knowledge, and experience managing campaign lifecycles from requirements gathering through post-launch analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, configure, test, and support Epic Cheers Campaigns and CRM initiatives.
  • Gather business and technical requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, operations, clinical teams, and IT.
  • Develop and execute patient outreach campaigns through the complete lifecycle, including:
    • Audience identification
    • Requirements gathering
    • Build and configuration
    • Validation and testing
    • Deployment and launch
    • Post-launch review and optimization
  • Collaborate with client teams to improve patient engagement strategies and outreach effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations based on Epic Cheers Campaign best practices and current platform capabilities.
  • Support CRM-related workflows and integrations within the Epic ecosystem.
  • Create and modify HTML content to support email-based campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide ongoing application support.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend enhancements for future outreach initiatives.
  • Partner with application teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and clinical workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Epic Certification in Epic Cheers Campaigns.
  • Active Epic certification in at least one additional Epic application.
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare industry experience, including:
    • At least 3 years of direct client-facing experience.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Epic implementation and/or application support experience.
  • Experience working with:
