Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2 years leadership role in auto sales or related auto industry experience required
  • CRM experience required
  • CUDL/Routeone/Dealertrack experience required
  • Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Self-starter mentality, ambitious spirit, and strong leadership skills
  • Eager to learn new product details and improve continuously
  • Excellent communication and employee management skills
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
  • Build Relationships: Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
  • Product Expertise: Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Professional Team Development: Develop an effective team that meets sales objectives monthly. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
  • Report: Report directly to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews. Analyze trends and data.
  • Bring Your 'A Game': Come to work every day with a positive attitude and a commitment to success.
  • Key Responsibilities: Includes hiring, training, and motivating staff, analyzing market trends, coordinating with other departments like finance and marketing, and reporting sales performance to upper management.

  • Paid Time Off: Paid Time Off after 90 days employment. PTO increases at 3rd and 5th year anniversaries.
