Guest Experience Coordinator (Service Drive Greeter & Porter)

At Skyline Ford, this isn't "just a porter" position.
 
The Guest Experience Coordinator is the air traffic controller of our service department—balancing customer experience, vehicle flow, and communication so our advisors and technicians can deliver exceptional service.
You'll be the first person customers meet, helping them feel welcomed, directing the flow of the service drive, and creating a calm, organized experience from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome every customer with energy and professionalism.
  • Manage the flow of the service drive so every guest feels acknowledged.
  • Safely move, stage, park, fuel, and retrieve customer vehicles.
  • Support advisors and technicians to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership.
  • Assist with customer shuttles, vendor trips, and miscellaneous dealership support.
  • Look for opportunities to help—without waiting to be asked.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Able to work flexible schedules 
  • Able to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
