The Temporary Recruiter supports high-volume telesales hiring by identifying, screening, and advancing qualified candidates through the recruiting process. This role partners with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring teams to maintain a strong candidate pipeline while delivering a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Review applications and evaluate candidate qualifications against established hiring criteria.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
