As a Temp BCBA, you will generally be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and supervising behavior intervention plans, providing training to support staff, and overseeing data collection and analysis. You might fill in for permanent BCBAs during leaves of absence, transitions, or times of high client caseloads. Collaboration with families, teachers, or other clinicians is often a key aspect of the role. You may work in a variety of settings, such as clinics, schools, or in clients' homes, adapting to the unique needs of each environment. This dynamic role offers valuable experience across different service models and often leads to new professional connections.
