Key Responsibilities

Location Requirement: Must reside in the state of the caseload supported (e.g., Minnesota for MN caseloads)
Travel Requirement: Monthly in-person visits to assigned locations

About the Role

Bloomwell is seeking a Telehealth Support BCBA to provide remote clinical support across multiple locations. This role is designed to offer flexible, high-impact clinical leadership without maintaining a permanently assigned full caseload.

The Telehealth BCBA will partner with onsite teams to ensure continuity of care, clinical quality, and support during transitions, growth, or coverage needs across centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote clinical supervision and guidance to ABA programs across multiple locations, while ensuring compliance with state-specific supervision requirements.
  • Support temporary and shared caseloads rather than maintaining a fixed, full caseload.
  • Collaborate with onsite clinical and operations teams to ensure consistency in treatment delivery, clinical outcomes, and quality standards.
  • Conduct virtual parent trainings, staff trainings, and supervision sessions, supplemented by required in-person supervision activities.
  • Review and provide feedback on treatment plans, behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and progress reports.
  • Travel to assigned locations at least once per month for in-person supervision, team support, relationship building, and operational needs.
  • Assist with coverage needs, program transitions, and center openings as need.
  • For Minnesota-based clients, ensure compliance with telehealth supervision requirements, including conducting at least 50% of supervision services in person. This typically equates to approximately 10-15 hours of in-person supervision per patient per month.
  • For Minnesota telehealth coverage, preference will be given to candidates located in or near the Raleigh area to support required in-person supervision while minimizing travel expenses and logistical challenges.
Caseload Structure
  • This role does not carry a permanent full caseload
  • Caseload is distributed and flexible, based on business needs and center support requirements
  • Focus is on clinical support, consultation, and oversight, rather than full direct caseload ownership
Location Requirements
  • Candidates must reside in the same state as the caseload they support due to licensure and telehealth regulations
  • Example: A BCBA supporting Minnesota clients must reside in Minnesota
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • State licensure (as required) in the state of residence and service delivery
  • Minimum 1+ years of BCBA experience preferred
  • Experience with telehealth service delivery strongly preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
What Makes This Role Unique
  • Unique Hybrid model - 50/50 split
  • No long-term ownership of a full caseload
  • Opportunity to impact multiple teams and locations
  • Flexible, dynamic clinical work supporting growth and stability across the organization
