You’ll have leaders who understand the realities of being a BCBA, systems that help you stay organized, and a team that knows your name and trusts your clinical judgment.

This full-time BCBA role is based in Rochester, MN, with hours Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If Hybrid, you’ll spend 3 days in clinic and 2 days working from home each week, giving you time for both hands‑on clinical leadership and focused planning, documentation, supervision, and follow‑up. You’ll support a caseload of approximately 8–10 clients, build meaningful relationships with families and staff, and help drive progress you can actually see.

Hours: Full-time
Setting: Clinic-based, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Hybrid Option: 3 days in office, 2 days virtual
Salary: $85,000–$94,000 per year
Additional Pay: Monthly BCBA bonus incentive
