The Ethics & Compliance Analyst plays a key role in managing and executing YETI's global Ethics & Compliance program. This individual contributor role operates with a high degree of independence and judgment, supporting compliance initiatives that may have long-term organizational impact. The Analyst partners closely with the broader Compliance team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure practical, efficient, and risk-based compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Independently support and enhance YETI's global Ethics & Compliance program, applying professional judgment to non-routine situations

  • Draft, evaluate, and continuously improve compliance policies, guidelines, procedures, and SOPs using risk-based analysis

  • Interpret and provide guidance on the Code of Business Conduct and related policies, escalating issues as appropriate

  • Conduct routine and enhanced third-party due diligence related to anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, gifts & entertainment, and restricted-party screening

  • Lead components of compliance projects and initiatives, coordinating inputs across functions and geographies

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging compliance training (virtual and in-person) for a global employee population

  • Analyze compliance data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program improvement

  • Monitor and assess regulatory developments, synthesizing information into concise, actionable insights

  • Provide advisory support across the broader compliance function, including privacy, global trade, and sustainability reporting, as needed

  • Exercise sound judgment when identifying, documenting, and escalating compliance issues

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 5+ years of progressive professional experience in a global Ethics & Compliance or related risk function

  • Demonstrated ability to apply evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to compliance matters with potential long-term impact

  • Experience developing and delivering compliance training using a global Learning Management System

  • Strong ethics, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality and independence

  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a dynamic global environment

  • Experience administering or supporting ethics hotlines or whistleblower programs (preferred)

  • Prior privacy, global trade, or adjacent regulatory experience (preferred)

  • High degree of organizational discipline; capable of managing multiple non-routine priorities simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences

  • Experience with Workday and Microsoft platforms (Excel, Copilot, SharePoint); familiarity with digital content tools (e.g., OBS Studio) a plus

  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a demonstrated passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
