Description
Team Fishel , the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is experiencing huge growth in the Cincinnati area, and we are looking to hire outstanding Aerial/Overhead Crew Leaders !
The Aerial Telecom Crew Leader will be responsible for assisting the project Foreman by managing the daily job site situations, maintaining a safe and accident free working environment, and being accountable for quality and productivity for our customers on our new business projects within the Telecom Construction division. It's a great opportunity to be part of the initial team that continues to establish Team Fishel as the leader in the utility construction industry in the state of Ohio as we continue growing.
Responsibilities
  • Review plans and permits
  • Establish daily crew goals
  • Communicate with customer
  • Assign job duties
  • Monitor progress
  • Evaluate Teammates' performance and provide coaching

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License strongly preferred
  • Lineman training a plus
  • Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
  • Basic Aerial Placement is desired
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience
  • Three years related experience in construction
  • Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers

Bilingual and prior construction experience is highly desirable.
