As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in the therapeutic journey of your clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records to ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines while documenting client progress and treatment adjustments.
• Actively collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and enhance the client's overall treatment experience.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to remain abreast of the latest trends and practices within the mental health field.

Your work will primarily focus on addressing the mental health needs of adolescents and their families. Clients may present with various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and relationship dynamics. Your empathetic approach and expertise will be crucial in helping them develop coping strategies, improve communication, and foster resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to establish meaningful rapport with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with EMR software and telehealth technologies for efficient documentation and client management.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Experience working in outpatient settings is a significant plus.

Teen Therapy Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our employment package also includes:
