As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create an integrated and comprehensive care approach.
• Engaging clients’ families in the therapeutic process by providing guidance and education to foster a supportive home environment.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client progress in alignment with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A solid foundation in evidence-based practices, evidenced by relevant training or certifications in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills, highlighted by a proven ability to build rapport with clients and engage them in the therapeutic process.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

We prefer candidates who have at least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling. Familiarity with telehealth systems and approaches to facilitating remote sessions is highly valued. Additionally, experience with specific populations, such as adolescents or trauma survivors, enhances our team's diversity and expertise.
