Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in our outpatient treatment center. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging and insightful group therapy sessions, fostering connections among clients, helping them share experiences, and promoting peer-supported growth.
  • Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one therapy that caters to the unique emotional, cognitive, and behavioral needs of each client, incorporating tailored coping strategies and action plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized and goal-directed treatment plans that address their unique challenges and aspirations, enhancing their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
