This remote position allows counselors to provide services from the comfort of their chosen workspace while maintaining full access to our innovative electronic medical records (EMR) system and virtual communication tools. • Conduct personalized assessments to understand clients' needs and formulate effective therapy plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring tailor-fit approaches for diverse issues.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client growth.
• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare providers to create a holistic treatment plan for clients, actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation per legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling or clinical setting is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with EMR software and digital counseling tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients from varied backgrounds.
• A solid grasp of legal and ethical standards applicable to mental health practice.
• A proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Specialization in one or more areas, such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorder, or trauma-informed care.
• Experience working with adolescents and their families in a therapeutic context.
• Background in community health settings is a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
