This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while you provide crucial mental health support to clients. Our outpatient office serves as the hub where counselors align with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care coordination. We utilize cutting-edge electronic medical records (EMR) systems to maintain accurate and timely client documentation, ensuring seamless collaboration among healthcare providers.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the most effective treatment approaches.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to diverse groups, families, couples, and individuals.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic client care.
• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical records, ensuring adherence to both legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.

Our services target adolescents and their families who often struggle with limited access to mental health resources. You will engage with clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your role is crucial in empowering these individuals and helping them navigate their psychological well-being effectively.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.
• Demonstrated specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma counseling, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards applicable in the counseling domain.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to function effectively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity and proficiency in utilizing EMR software and relevant technology to enhance client care.

• Experience working with adolescents and families in a clinical environment.
• Demonstrated success using various therapeutic techniques to address complex mental health needs.
• Previous work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic treatment plans.
