• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to guide therapeutic sessions.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy for individuals, families, and couples seeking support.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric nurses, to deliver holistic client care.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed on the latest research and practices in mental health counseling.

Our ideal candidate will work primarily with adolescents, young adults, and their families who often face barriers to accessing mental health services. Clients may present with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.
