• Provide individual psychotherapy to clients with complex mental health issues in the context of substance abuse recovery, utilizing various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs, developing comprehensive treatment plans that adhere to best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with industry standards, ensuring that documentation reflects treatment goals, patient progress, and any modifications to care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources and coping strategies to facilitate recovery and promote overall well-being.
• Stay informed about the latest research in the mental health and substance abuse fields, integrating new findings into your practice to optimize treatment effectiveness.
• Manage a diverse caseload, striving to meet treatment goals while upholding ethical standards and fostering a therapeutic environment.

You will work with a diverse population of individuals seeking recovery from substance abuse and related mental health issues. This role requires a compassionate approach tailored to each client's unique circumstances, as clients may present a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience, particularly in substance abuse treatment.
• Proficiency in solution-based interventions and best practices in mental health therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and empower patients effectively.

While one year of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in addiction counseling or behavioral health settings will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous, as our clinic emphasizes technology in treatment delivery.
