Licensed Therapist – LPC, LCSW, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist

Pittsburgh Center for Integrative Therapy
Location: Murrysville, PA / Hybrid / Remote within Pennsylvania
Schedule: Full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling

About the Position

Pittsburgh Center for Integrative Therapy is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and growth-oriented licensed therapist to join our expanding group practice.

This position is ideal for a clinician who wants the independence to develop a caseload aligned with their clinical interests while still benefiting from the support, collaboration, referrals, and infrastructure of an established practice.

Our clinicians use evidence-based and integrative approaches to help clients address trauma, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and other concerns. Experience with trauma-focused treatment is preferred, but clinicians who are interested in developing these skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy to an agreed-upon caseload
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Deliver ethical, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate
  • Participate in clinical consultation and collaborative team discussions
  • Maintain all professional licenses, required continuing education, and liability coverage
  • Follow applicable ethical, legal, insurance, and practice requirements
  • Continue developing clinical knowledge through consultation, training, and continuing education

Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted license to practice independently in Pennsylvania, such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or an equivalent credential
  • Graduate degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field
  • Strong foundation in individual psychotherapy
  • Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative clinical team
  • Commitment to ethical practice, professional development, and high-quality client care
  • Comfort working with clients from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences
  • Ability to provide telehealth services from a private, professional, and HIPAA-compliant environment when working remotely

Preferred Qualifications

  • Training or experience in EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, attachment-focused therapy, or another trauma-treatment modality
  • Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or complex clinical presentations
  • EMDR-trained or EMDR-certified clinicians are especially encouraged to apply
  • Clinicians who are not currently EMDR-trained must be interested in pursuing EMDR training
  • Interest in developing a clinical specialty or expanding an existing area of expertise

Schedule and Work Setting

Clinicians may work full-time or part-time and have flexibility in establishing their schedules. Services may be provided in person at our Murrysville office, remotely through telehealth, or through a hybrid arrangement.

Remote clinicians must maintain an active Pennsylvania license and provide services from an appropriate private and secure setting.
